Hello, my name is Jolinda Edwards and I would like to thank you for viewing my website. My
husband Jim and I built Victorian Village in 1995 to provide college students nice affordable
housing. We have (48) two bedroom apartments, (12) one bedroom apartments, (3) three bedroom
townhouses and (15) two bedroom townhouses. All of our apartments are state approved and very
well maintained.
I personally manage this property and am available 24 hours a day. I become
very close with the tenants and they know if they need anything, all they have to do is ask.
We pay all utilities except electric, phone and cable are optional. You can view the apartments
by clicking the Apartments link on the home page. All of the apartments come with stove,
